Connecticut Concrete Corner Prep Sink
This is a corner preparation sink in the style of a farmhouse sink. The original farmhouse sinks were made of concrete, because any farmer could cast their own. At RockMill, today, we use engineered concrete, and an extremely durable sealer, but otherwise the work to build one is much the same. It’s a simple, beautiful example of an age old idea. This sink has one corner cut to allow for placement of a faucet in the surrounding countertop.
This sink bowl shape is about 16 x 16″, and about 8″ deep, with a 6″ corner cut from one side. The overall dimensions are 19″ x 19″ x 10-9/16″.
The sink accepts a standard kitchen sink drain.
Hand crafted, each piece is unique and subtly different 🙂 Ships in 3 weeks.
